John Saltzman

John Saltzman is currently the Lead Systems Engineer for the X-59 Low Boom Flight Demonstrator (LBFD) Project at NASA, where they manage engineering planning and execution. With over 32 years of aerospace experience, they have served in various capacities, including Chief Engineer for the Hybrid Electric Integrated 'aircraft' System Testbed and played a crucial role in the Orion Exploration Flight Test missions. Recognized as a systems engineering consultant across multiple NASA projects, John is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of California Riverside's Transformative Executive Leadership Program. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
