John Swatkowski is currently the EVA Development Project Lead Engineer at NASA, a role they began in 2024. They have previously served as the Deputy Project Lead Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer for EVA at The Aerospace Corporation from 2021 to 2024, and have held various engineering positions at Leidos and Lockheed Martin in 2016. John has also completed a co-op at Pratt & Whitney in 2007. They earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2008 and an M.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2011.
