Laura (Rose) Dubinsky is currently the Propulsion Deputy System Manager at NASA, where they have worked on various roles within the Commercial Crew Program, including Launch Vehicle Mission Safety Lead and Lead of the Main Propulsion System Team. Previously, they held positions at SpaceX as a Propulsion Engineer and Integration and Test Engineer, as well as contributing as a Research Engineer at Particle In Cell Consulting LLC. Laura interned at Lockheed Martin and SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc., and gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at The George Washington University. They earned a Master’s degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
