Malcolm Glover, PhD, currently serves as a member of the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Secretariat at NASA's Earth Science Division and as the Equity and Community Engagement Coordinator for NASA's Transform to Open Science initiative. Glover possesses extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), having worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, and as a consultant with the Kettering Foundation. Additionally, Glover is an educator, holding positions as a professor and program instructor at several universities, including Webster University, the Clinton School of Public Service, and Philander Smith College, where courses on public administration and leadership are taught.
