Michael Boggs

International Space Station Program Contracting Officer Representative at NASA

Michael Boggs has an extensive career at NASA since August 1996, serving in various key roles, including International Space Station Program Contracting Officer Representative, Lead of the Mission Planning Operations Group, and Manager of the International Operations Liaison Office. Additional positions include Automated Transfer Vehicle Operations Lead and ISS Flight Controller in multiple capacities. Prior to NASA, Michael worked as an Emerald Satellite Student Project Engineer at Stanford University’s Space Systems Development Laboratory from September 2000 to August 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University. Michael also participated in a foreign exchange program in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, and graduated from Marshalltown High School.
