Michael Jorgensen is a seasoned public affairs official with extensive experience in strategic communications. Currently serving as the Strategic Communications Lead for the Electrified Powertrain Flight Demonstration project at NASA since March 2022, Michael is focused on advancing hybrid-electric powered aircraft. Founded Jorgensen Public Relations in February 2021 after a pandemic-related unemployment, Michael leads a team providing comprehensive communication strategies to over 30 clients. Prior experience includes a promotion to Account Supervisor at DKC/O&M, where Michael managed diverse clients across various sectors, developed crisis communication strategies, and led successful PR campaigns, including those for Tony Awards. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in Classical & Contemporary Text from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
