Nadeeka Jayatilake

Nadeeka Jayatilake, Ph.D., serves as the Deputy Director of the Human Capital Office at NASA Headquarters, leading a team focused on enhancing human capital across various domains. With over 15 years of experience, Nadeeka has held multiple roles at NASA, including Chief of Talent Services and Lead in Workforce Planning and Analytics. They previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and the United States Postal Service, specializing in leadership development and program evaluation. Nadeeka earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University.
