Patrick Finley

Patrick Finley is the Director of the Human Exploration and Operations Division at the Office of International and Interagency Relations. Previously, Pat served as the Director of Civil Space Policy at the Executive Office of the President and worked as an International Program Specialist at NASA. With experience as a Foreign Affairs Analyst at both Apo & Associates and the Missile Defense Agency, Pat has a solid background in international affairs, underpinned by a B.A. in History from Missouri State University and an M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Additionally, Pat has training in Systems Acquisition Management and Security Cooperation Familiarization.
