Scott Barber is currently the Associate General Counsel at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. They previously served as Senior Associate General Counsel at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from 1999 to 2003, providing legal support for geospatial intelligence systems. Barber acted as Chief Counsel at NASA's Glenn Research Center for a brief period in 2018 and also held the position of acting General Counsel at NASA Headquarters until a successor was appointed. They are pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at The Catholic University of America while also working towards a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Albright College.
