Sherild Rivera

Sherild Rivera has extensive experience in human systems integration and aerospace engineering, primarily at NASA, where roles have included EGS Program Human Systems Integration and Life Cycle Review Lead. Responsibilities have encompassed overseeing Human Factors requirements, managing Life Cycle Reviews for Artemis Missions, and coordinating human rating certification efforts for crewed missions. Rivera has also contributed to tasks in program management and engineering integration within the Exploration Ground Systems, and has participated in cost optimization projects with Ethicon, Inc. and the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
