Tibi Marin

Tibi Marin is an experienced STEM Education Outreach Specialist with a focus on K-12 and college education, actively engaging in bilingual outreach programs through NASA since 2002. Roles at NASA include presenting STEM curriculum aligned with national and state standards, supporting teacher professional development in California and Arizona, and developing bilingual STEM curricula in astronomy and planetary science. Tibi has also served as an Earth Science Adjunct Professor at College of the Sequoias and held coordinator positions at Fresno Pacific University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Earth Sciences from Instituto Pedagogico de Caracas, a Master's in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completion of Ph.D. coursework with minors in mechanical engineering and geography at Kansas State University, and an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
