Tracy Dillinger is NASA's Senior Psychologist, currently overseeing the Agency Safety Culture and Human Factors Programs. With extensive experience in aviation psychology, Tracy served as a Military Advisor to the NASA Chief of Safety and Mission Assurance from 2008 to 2010, where they developed the NASA Safety Culture Program and engaged with NASA following the Columbia Accident. Tracy has held various roles at NASA and the United States Air Force and has contributed to the field as a representative on the Aerospace Medical Association Executive Council. They hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Aerospace Psychology.
