Troy LeBlanc, Ph.D., currently serves as the NASA Johnson Space Center Chief Information Officer and has been a civil servant with NASA since May 1992. Throughout an extensive career, Troy has held various leadership positions, including Special Assistant to the Associate Administrator for the Space Operations Mission Directorate and Division Chief for the Mission Systems Division, where significant projects such as the MCC21 and TS21 upgrades were executed. Prior roles include Deputy Division Chief, Office Chief, and Branch Chief, all contributing to the management and integration of mission systems and cybersecurity policies. Additionally, Troy was a Vice President at Intuitive Machines, overseeing the Command, Control, and Communications segment for lunar payload services. Troy holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, as well as a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's in Engineering Physics from the University of Houston and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, respectively.
