Winter Jones is currently an Undergraduate Student Researcher at NASA since January 2023, focusing on advanced research initiatives. Previously, Winter served as a Department of Defense Research Scholar, conducting research on the optimization of paraffin wax as a rocket fuel from September 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, Winter gained experience as a College Assistant and Teacher Assistant at Spelman College during the summer of 2022, supporting educational programs and tutoring students. Winter also contributed as a Lab Leader at the Spelman College Innovation Lab, helping students develop prototypes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Spelman College, Winter is expected to graduate in May 2024.
