John Carroll is an accomplished professional historian, accredited by the Professional Historians Association (Vic) Inc., and currently engaged in research on RANVR officers who served in the Royal Navy during World War II. With extensive experience, John has also served as a Justice of the Peace for Victoria since 1990 and held the position of President at the HMAS Sydney Association (Inc. Vic.) from 2014 to 2020. Additionally, contributions to the Vietnam Veterans Education Team and involvement with the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology highlight a dedication to education and historical research. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from Monash University, including a Ph.D. in Arts (History) focused on Naval/Military history and a Doctor of Education.
