Established in 1958, SBIA has been playing a pivotal role in promoting the growth and vitality of the private equity industry for more than 60 years. Our members represent a broad spectrum of the lower middle market, including fund managers, funds in formation, institutional investors, and select service providers. 84% of SBIA member firms are funds or limited partners.
