Igor Yamchuk is the CTO at Nasc Technologies LTD. Igor has been with the company since May 2013, previously holding the position of Senior Solution Architect and Integration Team Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the development of architecture for the Streamline(R) Custom Objects Module, as well as the management of integration team. Igor has also worked with both internal and external system API architecture, and provided process and technical consulting services.
Prior to joining Nasc Technologies, Igor Yamchuk was with EPAM Systems from May 2010 to May 2011 as Service-Now.com Maintenance and Support Team Leader. In this role, they participated in the development and implementation of processes for service requests, incidents, and change requests management. This included customization of modules in the framework of the IT processes of the bank, as well as the development of service catalog items to automate the creation of requests in the supported processes. Igor also developed and implemented workflows to support complex paths of requests, and provided support for approvals. Other responsibilities included customization of email messages and unification templates for mail notifications, development of rules for responding to incoming mail messages, elaboration of rules on access to objects based on the Access Control module, development of integration mechanisms for the LDAP module, develop of difficult to calculate metrics, develop complex scripts manipulate objects, and support for external java-applications that interact with the System through the SOAP protocol.
