Christina Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christina currently holds the position of Senior Director, Consumer Services at NASCAR since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Sales Center at NASCAR from 2019 to 2023.

Before joining NASCAR, Christina worked at International Speedway Corporation (ISC) as the Director, Sales Center for a brief period in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for gathering information, creating staffing models, monitoring reports, and maintaining relationships with tracks.

Christina's earliest work experience was at Daytona International Speedway from 2013 to 2019. Christina held various roles including Ticket Services Manager, Ticketing Services Coordinator, and Customer Care Specialist. Their responsibilities included maintaining customer relationships, selling and processing tickets, training new staff, and providing coaching and feedback.

Prior to their work at Daytona International Speedway, Christina worked as a Data Entry employee at American Mortgage Field Services, LLC from 2009 to 2011.

Christina Hart received their Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree at Pasco-Hernando State College from 2008 to 2010. Their education journey began at Nature Coast Technical High School, where they graduated with a High School degree in 2008.
