Courtney Young has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2011. Courtney began their career as a Senior Account Manager at National In-Store, where they implemented marketing programs for clients at the national retail level and collaborated with clients, retail buyers, and display manufacturers. In 2008, they joined CRG Global as a Field Project Manager, where they coordinated and managed field studies across 28 facilities and monitored project activities. Lastly, from 2011 onwards, they worked at NASCAR as the Director of Fan Analytics & Insights. In this role, they achieved notable accomplishments such as increasing email engagement and optimization, analyzing and implementing test strategies for customer retention and acquisition, and conducting a favorite driver study to execute more effective marketing campaigns.

Courtney Young completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Florida from 1999 to 2003. Courtney later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Webster University, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Courtney Young obtained a certification in Foundations of Leadership from ADEPT Performance Systems in 2014 and holds a Yellow Belt Certification in Six Sigma methodology.
