John Fontan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources, with significant experience in senior leadership roles. John began their career at Brunswick Corporation in 2005 as a Human Resources Manager, where they stayed until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, John worked at ARYZTA, starting as a Human Resources Manager and later becoming a Senior Human Resources Manager. Their most recent position was at NASCAR, where they held the role of Senior Director, Human Resources starting in 2015.

John Fontan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Master's degree in Higher Education from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. John also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2014, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
