Laura Jackson has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Laura started their career with GE in 1990 and held various roles such as HR Manager, Sr. HR Manager, and HR Program Manager. In 2003, they joined Textron Financial Corporation, where they served as SVP of Human Resources and later as a Human Resource Business Partner until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Laura worked at International Speedway Corporation, initially as Managing Director of Human Resources and later as VP of Human Resources. Laura then became the SVP of Corporate Services and Chief Human Resource Officer at International Speedway Corporation from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Human Resources at NASCAR since October 2019.
