Nichelle Levy

Nichelle Levy currently serves as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Head of Privacy at NASCAR, a position held since July 2012, after progressing through various roles including Senior Assistant General Counsel and Digital Counsel. Prior to NASCAR, Nichelle served as an Associate in the Corporate Department at Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, focusing on intellectual property, and held the role of Director of Business Affairs at Time Warner Inc. Earlier career experiences include positions at Loeb & Loeb LLP in the Entertainment Department, internships with the National Hockey League and Loeb & Loeb, and managerial roles at Philip Morris U.S.A. and EMI Music. Nichelle holds a JD in Intellectual Property from New York University School of Law, a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and an AB/AM in Psychology and Social Sciences from the same institution.
