Nicole Cruz

Nicole Cruz is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Director of Operations for Venues & Racing Innovation at NASCAR, with a strong background in racing development and strategic management. Previous roles include Sr. Account Executive and Account Executive in Driver and Team Marketing, along with experience as an intern at rEvolution, where brand messaging for YETI was developed. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Nicole has contributed significantly to sports marketing as the Lead Sports Marketing Intern and held various intern positions managing game-day operations across multiple sports. Educational accomplishments include dual degrees in Media and Journalism and Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, supplemented by international exposure at Florida State University and foundational education at Charlotte Catholic High School.
