Rob Carman currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at NASCAR since February 2023 and is the Vice President of Project Love First, an organization dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s conflicts. Previously, Rob was the Director of Learning and Development at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange from November 2021 to January 2023, where a global Learning & Development organization was established. Prior roles also include Director of Learning & Development at Robinhood, and Director of Learning, Strategy & Operations at Sprint, overseeing significant operations and curricula development across multiple locations. Rob began a career at Verizon, progressing through various management roles from retail sales to District Manager. Rob holds degrees from Yale University and Rice University.
