Rachel Stoessel

Rachel Stoessel has worked at various companies from 2017 to 2023. Rachel began their career as a Motor Transport Operator in the US Army and later advanced to the role of Program Manager, where they managed the training and welfare of over 160 soldiers. Rachel has also worked as a Junior IT Project Manager at biBERK, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and as a Scrum Master at NASCENT Technology, LLC and Scrum Life Consulting. In addition, they have also worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. where they applied managerial skills to administer project operationalization, created and executed assessment-based behavior support programs, and liaised with stakeholders. Rachel's work experience also includes a brief stint as an Internal Sales Contractor at United Rentals.

Rachel Stoessel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in 2017. In 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, which they completed in 2019. Rachel also obtained several certifications, including Managing Jira Projects: 1 Introduction and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, all in 2022. In 2023, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
