Dan Elitzer

Co-Founder at Nascent

Dan Elitzer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dan is currently the Co-Founder of Nascent, where they invest in early-stage founders creating products for the crypto ecosystem. Prior to that, they were involved with IDEO CoLab in different capacities, including being part of the founding team of IDEO CoLab Ventures and leading blockchain and distributed web portfolios. Dan also served as the Blockchain and Digital Identity Lead at IDEO. In addition to their work in the crypto industry, Dan has experience in business design and advisory roles, having worked at IDEO and served on the e-Residency Advisory Board of Enterprise Estonia. Dan's early career involved roles at Circle Internet Financial, MIT Bitcoin Club, Grameen Foundation, KickStart International, Community Wealth Partners, and Ashoka, covering finance, operations, logistics, and consulting.

Dan Elitzer attended Pomona College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
