Ashlea Schad

Ashlea Schad currently serves as the Vice President of Development & Strategic Partnerships at Nascentia Health, focusing on fundraising and strategic partnerships. Previously, Ashlea held several roles at Utica University, including Associate Vice President for Major, Principal, & Planned Giving, and Assistant Vice President for Advancement, overseeing fundraising and stakeholder engagement. At Bishop Grimes High School, Ashlea was the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, leading successful fundraising campaigns and enhancing alumni relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of the Cazenovia Fund at Cazenovia College, where Ashlea significantly increased alumni participation, and as Assistant Director of the Annual Fund, managing fundraising programs. Ashlea holds an MBA from Le Moyne College and a B.S. in Inclusive Elementary Education from Cazenovia College.
