Damon Gagnier

Damon Gagnier is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and ministry. Currently serving as the Transportation Services Manager at Nascentia Health since July 2019, Gagnier previously held the position of Pastor at the United Church of Auburn from January 2014 to April 2019, where attendance increased significantly and various programs were initiated. Their earlier career includes a tenure of nearly two decades as a Police Sergeant with the DeWitt Police Department, where Gagnier contributed to community transformation and restructured training programs. Gagnier holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity College of the Bible and Trinity Theological Seminary, a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Syracuse University, along with New York State Police Officer Certification.
