Jaclyn Root is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outreach, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as the Regional Outreach Coordinator at Nascentia Health since May 2023, Jaclyn has previously held positions as an Account Manager in Sales and Outreach at Oak Street Health from February 2021 to January 2023, and as a Marketing Account Manager at Direct Care of New York/HCS Home Care from September 2020 to March 2021. Jaclyn's career began in June 2002, spanning nearly two decades, as a Brand Ambassador with Hart Agency, Assist Marketing, and VIP Talent, focusing on brand promotion, education, marketing, and team leadership. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from LIM College, earned from 2003 to 2007.
