Sharon Jones

Sharon Jones has over 20 years of experience in healthcare coordination, currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Nascentia Health since April 2018. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Referral Coordinator at Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. from April 2002 to April 2018. Sharon holds an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the Sports Men and Women Careers program, completed between 2015 and 2019.
