Deborah Maduako

Deborah Maduako is a seasoned risk management professional currently serving as a Risk Manager at NASCON Allied Industries Plc since January 2024. Previously, Deborah held the position of Head Enterprise Risk Management at Addosser Microfinance Bank from September 2022 to March 2024, and worked at Accion Microfinance Bank Limited in various roles including Enterprise Risk Management Officer and System and Internal Control Supervisor from December 2012 to March 2024. Deborah's experience also includes serving as an Implementation Specialist at Appzone Limited, an Audit Officer at Parker Randal Offor, and an Account Officer at Bank PHB Plc. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Abia State University Uturu.
