Michael Buono

Michael Buono currently serves as Co-Head of Execution at Nasdaq Private Market since February 2024, where responsibilities include directing capital markets initiatives. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at EquityZen from October 2018 to February 2024, progressing from Investment Associate to Director of Institutional Investments, contributing to the facilitation of over 9,000 private placements across more than 150 pre-IPO companies. Michael's earlier experience includes an analyst position at UBS from August 2016 to September 2018, as well as a summer role in the Alternative Investments Group at UBS in 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, obtained in 2016.
