Nicholas Gronow

Nicholas Gronow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nicholas is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Nasdaq Private Market starting in 2022. Prior to this, Nicholas founded Online Ventures in 2009, where they provided development and consulting services for local businesses using Ruby on Rails.

In 2021, Nicholas worked at Lone Wolf Technologies as a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, specializing in MLS data retrieval and storage using ElasticSearch. Nicholas was later promoted to Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer, where they contributed to the development roadmap and milestones, provided technical details on design and user experience, and coordinated with the team to meet objectives.

Before this, Nicholas worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Deepfield from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, they joined BOLD PENGUIN as a Senior Full-stack Rails Engineer, leading the development of a call center using Twilio and Rails applications.

From 2014 to 2019, Nicholas served as a Senior Software Engineer at Homeward Healthcare, working on the CareMessenger product to reduce patient readmissions and improve patient health. Nicholas also worked as a Lead Engineer at DateKeeper.org from 2011 to 2019, coordinating fundraising events and minimizing expenses for non-profit organizations.

In 2009, Nicholas founded eJobMate.com as a Lead Software Engineer, focused on building technology-driven start-up ventures. Nicholas also had a role as a Member at the Howell Michigan Chamber of Commerce in 2011.

Earlier in their career, Nicholas worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Timeless Tactics from 2006 to 2007, overseeing the development of Legendary Kingdom Tactics and gaining valuable experience in project management and business development.

Nicholas Gronow attended South Lyon High School from 1994 to 1997. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Central Michigan University from 1997 to 2002. During their time at the university, Nicholas Gronow pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Psychology.
