Bronwyn Ott

Bronwyn Ott is a seasoned professional in global benefits and workplace wellbeing, currently serving as AVP of Global Benefits and Head of Wellbeing & Benefits Strategy at Nasdaq since August 2022. Previously, Bronwyn held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CloudMD (2021-2022) and was a leader in Benefits, Wellbeing, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Unilever from 2016 to 2021, focusing on integrated strategies for mental and physical wellbeing. Earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Benefits & Global Wellness Strategy at Scotiabank (2007-2014), Healthy Workplace Specialist at the City of Hamilton (2006-2007), and Health Promoter in Workplace Health & Wellness at Halton Region (2002-2006).
