Douglas Hamilton is the Head of AI Research & Engineering at Nasdaq, where they manage a team of data scientists focused on developing AI solutions for financial markets. Previously, Douglas worked at Boeing as a Senior Data Scientist, where they implemented machine learning methods that identified significant process improvements. They began their career in the United States Air Force as a Sr Airman, training personnel in troubleshooting and measurement techniques. Douglas holds a Master of Science in Engineering & Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Springfield.
