Haley Bernstein is a finance professional with extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management, and Strategic Finance. They served as the Director of FP&A at The College Board from 2018 to 2021 and held various roles in corporate finance at Viacom before transitioning to Spotify as a Senior Manager and later becoming a Senior Director of Finance at Barstool Sports in 2023. Currently, they are the AVP of Finance and BU CFO at Nasdaq. Haley earned a BS in Finance with a focus on International Finance and International Business from Penn State University and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Sydney.
