Jay R. Weiser is currently the Chief Catalyst and Navigator at Jay Weiser Consulting, where they guide boards and C-suite leaders to build future-fit organizations. They have nearly 30 years of experience in strategy management and leadership development, including notable roles at North Highland and Palladium Group, where they worked alongside prominent thought leaders. Jay has authored more than 20 leadership and strategy-related articles, delivered keynotes to global audiences, and developed impactful frameworks such as The Five Leadership Superpowers®. Additionally, Jay is a member of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence and the Virtual Advisory Board. They hold degrees in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School and an MBA in Management from Emory University.
