Jill Hagberg is currently the Associate General Counsel at NASDAQ OMX, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to that, Jill worked as an Advokat/Associate at Advokatfirman Törngren Magnell from 2008 to 2014, focusing on contract law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and general business law. In 2010, Jill served as seconded legal counsel for GE Capital, concentrating on similar legal areas within the Nordic Markets. Jill earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from Stockholm University from 2002 to 2007, and also completed exchange studies at the University of Oklahoma's College of Law in 2005-2006.
