Matthew Rafter

Matthew Rafter is an experienced executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of International Corporate Solutions at Nasdaq since March 2013. Previously, Matthew held multiple leadership positions within Nasdaq, including Vice-President for APAC & EMEA and Vice President for Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Matthew worked at Thomson Reuters from August 2007 to March 2013, where roles included Sales Manager for Investor Relations & Multimedia and Sales Specialist, Team Leader for Corporate Services. Matthew also served as Business Development Manager at Thomson Financial for a brief period in 2008 and as Relationship Manager at Computershare from July 2001 to July 2007. Matthew holds an MBA from Hong Kong University, a Diploma of Investor Relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association, and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology.
