Rich Wieszczek

Rich Wieszczek is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and system development. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Technology at Nasdaq since June 2016, Rich provides strategic leadership for systems development and product innovation. Previously, Rich held the position of Senior Vice President at ISE Holdings, where responsibility included the management of systems development and support for multiple Options exchanges. Notable prior roles include Executive Vice President at Strategic Software Systems, Senior Software Engineer at Merrill Lynch, and Senior Software Engineer at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
