Sumeet Chawla

Sumeet Chawla serves as the Senior Vice President and Division CFO for Nasdaq's Market Services and Financial Technology divisions, a role held since January 2001. Sumeet is responsible for divisional forecasting, budget management, and capital allocation decisions, including mergers and acquisitions. Previously, roles at Nasdaq included Vice President and CFO for North American Markets, Associate Vice President of Corporate Finance, and various positions leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. Sumeet's extensive experience in financial management is supported by an MS in Finance from American University, an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the FORE School of Management, and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology.
