Helmut Locke is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in program and project management, including profit and loss responsibility. Since October 2008, Helmut Locke has been with Nash Technologies GmbH, leading technical initiatives. Prior to this, Helmut Locke served as a technical manager at Alcatel-Lucent from September 1997 to September 2008, managing an embedded software development team focused on GSM and UMTS NodeB technologies. Earlier career experience includes a role as team leader for software development at Philips Kommunikations AG from July 1982 to August 1997, where Helmut Locke worked on embedded hardware and software development in the ISDN sector. Helmut Locke holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Duisburg, earned between 1974 and 1980.
