Benny Hammond started their work experience in 2006 as an Analytics Consultant at the United States Agency for International Development. Benny then co-founded Globavia in 2010, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and leading product development and operations. In 2012, they became the Director of Business Development at RideScout, where they focused on partnership building and grassroots marketing. Benny joined BlueKite in 2013 as the COO, overseeing business and product development. In 2014, they joined Xoom Corporation as the Director of Payments and New Products, expanding the company's partnerships and overseeing new product development. Benny then held multiple roles at FR8Star, including Head of Customer Success and Chief Revenue Officer, driving significant revenue growth. Benny joined EmpInfo in 2019 as a Sales Executive, leading business development and customer acquisition efforts. In 2020, Benny established Business Growth Consulting, providing strategic consultancy services to tech-enabled start-ups.
