Sarah Conrad is an accomplished non-profit leader with extensive experience in program management, organizational change, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Project Manager for Campus Planning and Strategic Initiatives at Nashoba Brooks School since September 2022, Sarah also operates as an Independent Consultant specializing in program implementation and leadership development through the lens of racial equity. Previous roles include Chief Program Officer and Vice President of The Steppingstone Academy, where Sarah contributed significantly to education and youth development programs. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

Situated on a beautiful 30-acre campus in historic Concord, Massachusetts, Nashoba Brooks School serves all genders in Preschool through Grade 3, and students who identify as female in Grades 4 through 8. Nashoba Brooks is an independent school designed to build community, character, and confidence in its students.
