Rob Mallaband

Rob Mallaband has extensive experience in the recruitment and IT sectors, currently serving as an Executive at Nash Squared since September 2017, following the acquisition of Crimson by Harvey Nash. As the Managing Director of Crimson Limited since May 2001, Rob leads the delivery of high-value services and Microsoft-based technologies, positioning Crimson as a part of the Harvey Nash Group, a significant technology recruitment and IT outsourcing entity. Rob's career includes previous roles as UK Branch Manager at Sharp Decisions, New Business Development Consultant at Modis International, and Recruitment Consultant at Software Knowledge Limited. Early experiences include positions as an Analyst Programmer at British Coal and a Bank Clerk at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Rob is a graduate of Shelfield Comprehensive School.
