Michael Rossi

Michael Rossi currently serves as the Director of Non-Profit Practice & Enterprise at Nashville Analytics, LLC, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held two positions at PENCIL, first as Director of Data & Outcomes and then as Partnership Manager from July 2021 to January 2025. Michael's experience in education includes serving as an English Teacher and Soccer Coach at Pebblebrook High School from July 2013 to May 2021. Additionally, Michael worked as Program Supervisor and Boy's Club Coach for Global Youth Sports, where responsibilities included coaching teams at international competitions and coordinating travel for players and families. Michael earned a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Penn State University.
