Hanna Naum-Stoian

Hanna Naum-Stoian, M.Ed., currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Pipelines at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, leading initiatives to connect postsecondary education with employer needs and overseeing team development and grant management. Previously, Hanna held several leadership roles at Project Return Tennessee, enhancing program delivery for formerly incarcerated individuals and improving client satisfaction. Early experience includes roles as a Research Fellow at the Nashville Civic Design Center, Assessment Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University, and educational roles focusing on youth and community development. Hanna's educational background includes a Master of Education in Community Development and Action from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor of Arts in Intensive Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
