Jeanne Heaton serves as the Executive Director of the Nashville Bar Association since May 2024 and is a Certified Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and DISC Consultant with Maxwell Leadership Certified Team since August 2022. Active in ACLEA since 2006, Jeanne has held various leadership roles including President during the 2017-18 term. Previously, Jeanne was the Director of Continuing Legal Education for the Illinois State Bar Association from November 2006 to May 2024, managing a team and collaborating with various committees. Jeanne's prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Hodge Dwyer Zeman Environmental Law Firm and as Assistant Counsel and Acting Chief Counsel at the Illinois Emergency Management Agency. Jeanne holds a J.D. Cum Laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
