Nashville CARES
Rachel Davis MSW, MPH, PA-C is a dedicated Physician Assistant currently working at Nashville CARES to combat the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Middle Tennessee. With experience in urgent care at Complete Health Partners and East Nashville Family Medicine, Rachel also served as a primary care provider at Turney Center Industrial Complex state prison. Prior roles include a Special Projects Intern at the Institute for Family Medicine and a Graduate Fellow at Washington University in St. Louis, along with roles at Planned Parenthood and as a Case Manager at Patria Foster Care Agency. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Public Health from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Our mission is to promote and participate in a comprehensive and compassionate response to HIV and AIDS through education, prevention, advocacy, and supportive services. The doors of CARES are open to anyone affected by HIV and/or AIDS in need of assistance.
