Don Craighead

Don Craighead has extensive experience in employee training and development, currently serving as an Employee Training and Development Specialist at Nashville Electric Service since December 2006. Notable past roles include Senior Compensation Analyst at Nashville Electric Service, and Human Resources Analyst 3 at the Tennessee Department of Human Services, where Don provided advice on disciplinary issues and training programs. Don has also worked as an Executive Director for Project Reflect, Inc., and in multiple management roles across organizations focused on employee performance improvement, including the American Management Association and the International Learning Systems, Inc. Additionally, Don has a background in teaching and training as a Contract Instructor for Dale Carnegie Training of Tennessee and has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University Pueblo.
